GYMNASTICS PRE-TEAMS 

 

 

Invitational classes consist of USA Gymnastics Levels 1-4.  These classes, incorporate Level 1-4 skills.  Gymnasts start with basic skills on all events with the majority of focus on strength, flexibility and form. By invitation or try out only.  Please contact the office if your daughter is interested.

 

Advanced Preschool 

USAG Levels 1 & 2

1 - 2 hours per week

 

Advanced Kinder Gym

USAG Levels 2 & 3

1 - 2 hours per week

 

Pre-team

USAG Levels 3 & 4

1 1/2 - 3 hours per week

OPEN WORK OUT: All invitational and team members are invited to open work outs each Saturday from 10am - 12pm at $10 per work out.

(please check calendar for cancellations due to team meets.)  

 

 

 

 

 

 

GYMNASTICS TEAMS 

(ages 5-18yrs)

 

We are proud to offer a quality competitive program structured so that gymnastics can be a part of your child's life, not become the only sport or activity that they can enjoy.

 

Gymnast will compete on vault, bars, beam and floor, performing a compulsory routine designed by USA Gymnastics.   At achievement compulsory levels, each gymnast competes for self improvement throughout the season.

  

Placement level 4, 5 & 6 gymnast will compete compulsory routines against other gymnast from our district, South State and State Championships. (South State and State will be determined by qualifying scores.)

 

Level 7 and up Optional gymnast will compete routines designed for them to showcase their individual strengths on each event.
